The Postal Service is Bankrupt!

It is bankrupt because of a myriad of reasons which it is too late in the day to fix, but the main reason is the requirement to prepay health care benefits, which was required starting in 2006.

Only you can prevent forrest fires, and only YOU can save YOUR job!

If Congress does not act in September, You can kiss your benefits, your retirement, in short, your job; GOODBYE!

HR 1351 puts the Postal Service in the black, without you losing YOUR JOB!  And it doesn't cost the taxpayers a single dime.  This bill has approximately 180 co-sponsers, but it can't get through Issa's Republican majority committee.

If you value YOUR JOB; if you value YOUR FAMILY; then YOU need to take action. YOU need to contact your representative; YOU need to get your friends and family to make those contacts too; YOU need to write a letter to your paper.

THE POSTAL SERVICE IS BANKRUPT!  And it's not your fault, but YOU are the one who is going to pay; unless YOU take action NOW!

The only, and I mean ONLY thing that can save the Postal Service and YOUR job is HR 1351.  There's no time for other alternatives.
